new foundry
In April 2023, we officially opened our new precision casting hall and relocated our production operations there. This state-of-the-art facility has enabled us to double our production capacity, allowing us to meet growing demand and respond more effectively to market pressures.
One of the key innovations in the new hall is an automated packaging line with an integrated drying room. This system replaces previously manual and physically demanding tasks, resulting in shorter production times, increased delivery volumes, and a reduced error rate.
From the very beginning, the construction of the hall focused on minimizing environmental impact. We implemented three key technologies to support this goal: heat recovery from residual heat generated during production, solar power generation through photovoltaic panels, and smart regulation of temperature and air quality inside the foundry.
The result is a facility that is not only larger and more modern, but also significantly more environmentally friendly. It represents a meaningful step toward a greener and more sustainable future for our company.

In terms of working conditions, the new hall offers a higher ceiling, more space, and improved ventilation. Modern air-conditioning systems ensure stable temperatures year-round, while a semi-automated ceramic shell production line has greatly reduced the need for manual labor.
Overall, the new hall brings substantial benefits—boosting our production capacity, enhancing employee comfort and safety, and reinforcing our commitment to environmental responsibility.
