Lead and lead wire

MEDEKO is your reliable supplier of quality lead products. We offer high-purity primary lead with a chemical composition of Pb 99.99%, as well as lead with lower purity tailored to individual customer requirements. In addition to pure lead, we also produce specialized alloys based on it, alloyed with elements such as antimony (Sb), tin (Sn), arsenic (As), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), calcium (Ca) and bismuth (Bi). These alloys are designed for wide industrial applications where durability, mechanical strength and specific physical properties of the material are key. Our production processes emphasize maximum accuracy of chemical composition and precise processing, thus ensuring high quality and reliability of our products. Detailed information about our product portfolio can be found in the catalog.

Product detail

Cold-pressed lead wire

We produce cold-pressed lead wire, which, thanks to its specific properties, is widely used, especially in the arms industry. As a standard, we supply wire with a diameter of 1 mm to 16 mm, and we can adapt its chemical composition and dimensions to the individual requirements of the customer. Our production processes guarantee high precision and quality of material processing.

Centrifugal and gravity die castings of lead

We produce centrifugal and gravity die castings from lead exactly according to the customer's drawings. In production, we emphasize high precision, quality processing and homogeneous structure of castings to meet even the most demanding technical requirements. Our technologies ensure optimal mechanical properties and long life of castings for various industrial applications.

Advantages of Our Lead Products

High Density: Ideal for applications requiring weight and radiation shielding.
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to corrosion in harsh environments.
Malleability: Easily shaped and formed to meet precise specifications.
Customizable Alloys: Ability to cast lead alloys according to specific customer needs.
Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications across multiple industries.

Ionizing radiation shielding

Lead is an ideal material for radiation protection due to its high density and ability to effectively absorb ionizing radiation. Our lead products are used in nuclear power plants, research institutes and biomedical facilities.
