What can we achieve by our investment casting technology.
We can cast rings up to 3000mm in diameter, with maximum weight of 3200kg.
Tolerance class: IT6

Quality

HEAT TREATMENT

Heat treatment is a crucial step in the manufacturing of bronze and brass bushings to enhance their mechanical properties and performance. Our heat treatment processes include:

Annealing: Softening the metal to improve machinability and relieve internal stresses.
Hardening: Increasing the hardness and strength of the bushings by heating and then rapidly cooling the material.
Stress Relieving: Reducing residual stresses induced during machining and forming to ensure dimensional stability and prolong service life.

Surface treatment

Surface treatments are applied to enhance the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and overall performance of the bushings. Our surface treatment processes include:

Plating: Applying a thin layer of protective material, such as nickel or tin, to improve corrosion resistance and reduce friction.
Polishing: Creating a smooth, reflective surface to reduce friction and improve aesthetic appeal.
Coating: Applying specialized coatings to enhance wear resistance and reduce the coefficient of friction.

Machining

Mechanical processing of bushes, rings and cages is done by our advanced machine shop in-house.
Our aim is to deliver ready to fit parts to our customers. Our advanced machine shop contains wide range of CNC centers, turning centers and grinding machines. Precision machining is vital to ensure the bushings, rings and cages meet exact specifications and tolerances.

Please send us enquiry by clicking on contact formular. Basic request for quotation should contain drawing, step file and predicted annual volume per casting. Our team will confirm receiving documents within the same day. Calculation and price proposal are based on feasibility study. In most cases price proposal will be handed out within 3 working days.

Quality management

To make sure we deliver quality castings to our customers, complex quality management process is taking place at our foundry. Quality inspection includes wide range of non-destructive and destructive testing methods. Based on customers requirements our engineers will set up control plan for each casting individually.
